These terms cover your purchase of Premium Chocolate Bars and any add-ons you choose to buy with it. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
What you are buying
A digital product: PDF files and a spreadsheet that you download. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping costs or delivery wait times.
- Premium Chocolate Bars: the guide with the 1 · 1 · 12 Formula, the base process and the 12 signature bars with their variations, plus seven bonuses.
- Optional add-ons, only if you choose them during checkout, right after your purchase or from your library: Dubai-Style Filled Bars, Premium Bonbons, Christmas Collection, Corporate Gift Boxes, Hot Chocolate Bombs and Fit Bars. Each one is a separate digital guide with its own price, shown before you pay.
Delivery
Access is sent by email as soon as your payment is confirmed, to the address you entered at checkout. It is usually instant. If your payment method takes longer to confirm, delivery happens once the payment shows as approved.
If you don't see the email, check your spam and promotions folders. If it isn't there, write to support@digitalproducts.lat from the email you used to buy and we'll resend it.
One-click add-ons after checkout
Right after your payment you may see one-time offers. If you tap the button to accept one, we charge that add-on to the same card you just used, with no need to enter it again. The price is shown on the button screen before you accept. If you decline, nothing is charged.
What you can do
- Personal use: read, print and use the material to make your own bars.
- You can sell the bars and boxes you make by following the guide. No royalties and no permission needed.
What you can't do
- Share, resell, give away or publish the files, in whole or in part.
- Copy the text or images into another product, course or publication.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in your local currency where available (US dollars, British pounds, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or euros) and in US dollars everywhere else. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your bank may add its own fees or exchange rates.
Refunds
You are covered by the First Batch Guarantee for 30 days. The details are on our Refunds page.
About the content
- The guide does not promise any income. It gives you the method, the quantities and the calculator to work out your costs. Prices and results depend on your area, your market and your work.
- Shelf-life times are practical guidance for home production, not a certified expiration date.
- Selling food from home is regulated differently in each place. In the US many states have cottage food laws; in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland there are registration rules for small food businesses. It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you live (state department of health, local council or provincial authority) before you sell. Nothing in the guide is legal advice.
- The versions for special customers (gluten-free, no added sugar, vegan) depend on the ingredients you buy and how you work. Always check every label and be careful with allergens.
Changes
We may update the content to improve it. Updates to products you already bought are free.
