Refunds and Guarantee

First Batch Guarantee: 30 days

Make your first batch. If your bars don't turn out or you're not happy with the guide, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund every cent. No questions asked and no forms to fill out.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to support@digitalproducts.lat from the email you used to buy, and include your order number (it starts with BEN-) if you have it handy.
• We refund 100% to the same card or payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
• The guarantee covers the guide, the bonuses and any add-ons you bought with it.

What happens to your access

Once the refund is processed, access to that purchase in your library is removed.

Your statutory rights

Because this is digital content delivered right away, by completing your purchase you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that, under EU and UK consumer law, this ends the 14-day cancellation period. That doesn't affect our 30-day guarantee, which still applies, or any other rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
