Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf and what you can do about it. "We" means Premium Chocolate Bars, the seller of this digital product. You can reach us at support@digitalproducts.lat.
What we collect
- Your email address: it's where we send your purchase and your library access. Without it we can't deliver.
- Order details: what you bought, the amount, the currency, the date and your country (based on your IP address).
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign parameters in the link (UTM tags and the Facebook click ID). We use these to prevent fraud and to know which ads work.
- Download records: which files you downloaded from your library, so we can confirm delivery if you ever need support.
We don't ask for your phone number or address, because we don't ship anything physical.
What we never see
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we only receive the result (approved or declined), the card brand and, for one-click add-ons, a reference to the saved payment method held by Stripe.
Why we use your data (and our legal basis)
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to your library (performance of a contract).
- To reply when you contact support and to let you know about updates to what you bought (performance of a contract and legitimate interest).
- To send one follow-up email a few days after your purchase asking how your first batch went (legitimate interest). You can ignore it or ask us to stop.
- To measure and improve our advertising with the Meta pixel (consent where the law requires it, otherwise legitimate interest).
- To prevent fraud and duplicate charges, and to keep records required by tax and accounting law (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Meta pixel described below.
Who processes your data for us
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Brevo: sending the delivery and support emails.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Upstash: storing your order and library access.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta pixel and Conversions API, to measure which ads lead to purchases.
Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
Our pages use the Meta pixel, which sets cookies to measure visits, checkouts and purchases from our ads. We also store, in your browser, which ad link you arrived from, so we can tell which ads work. You can limit ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control setting.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and order details for as long as you have access to your library, and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Download records and technical data are kept for as long as they're useful for support and fraud prevention, and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct it if it's wrong;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to or restrict certain uses, including advertising measurement;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
EU and UK residents: these rights come from the GDPR and the UK GDPR. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
California and other US state residents: under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand residents: you can access and correct your personal information under PIPEDA, the Australian Privacy Principles and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@digitalproducts.lat from the address you used to buy. We'll reply within 30 days. Please note that deleting your data also removes your access to your downloads.
Children
This product is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
